Public pressure following the death of several mentally ill men has forced action by the Fresno Poice Department. Chief Jerry Dyer says his department will be the very first to put every officer through mental health crisis training.

Officers acted in a true candy-assed fashion typical of many law enforcement officers when they pulled up on two cars parked in a court in Tracy, Ca. After one car fled and got away, officers made sure the second car
wasn't going anywhere without taking 12 rounds of bullets nearly killing the driver who was under no suspicion for any wrong doing. Officers falsely reported that the vehicle put them in fear for their safety when it drove away in order to conceal their misconduct.
